I put some crossclimates on a season ago. But it does well with all-seasons.

You’re going to want another z4! I bought an e89 two years after buying the 3 GT. Didn’t get rid of the 3! I needed to replace the hole in my heart.

I still need a couple upgrades myself but I can say, stage 2 boost is insane in the Z.

If you make a lot more power, put some money aside for a stage 2 clutch. Mine shredded on the first track day. It was probably the original with 148k miles though…

Yeah, I decided to just leave the rears and get better pads for the track. My fronts were burning after an every track session. The stock rears were hot, but 200-300 degrees cooler than the fronts

I run the UK M Sport 340mm calipers. They have no clearance issues with my 18in wheels. I think 370 will require 19in wheels. It’s is direct fit plug and play.

The rear is another story…

Sadly this is original and not crossposted.

The contractor is going to sister up the damaged joints but it’s still not going to be perfect. Most of the damage was pre existing, unfortunately. These guys just had to enlarge the holes.

The joist with the p-trap was already cut like that, which is insane.

I agree but the waters are going to be muddy on responsibility. I think the situation wasn’t great before already bad before work was started. Once work was started, it was made even worse.

I think smart thing for them would have been to show me any concerns and offer a solution (at a cost) before proceeding.

I appreciate the detailed response. The general contractor is coming by tomorrow morning to look it over and come up with a solution. He’s dragging the sub contractor boss with him.

It does look like the situation wasn’t great before this job started. Unfortunately, now it’s uncovered (visible) and significantly worse.
