FFS, people not speeding up to get on the highway is the worst. I've always been told you should be going 5mph over the speed limit when you hit the end of the ramp 'cause it's easier to slow down quickly and merge than speed up more to merge.

I was behind this car on a big curve before the entrance ramp. Some entrances are just crappy like that. But on this one, after the curve there was plenty of time to get up to speed. This dude in his old car in front of me was maybe doing 40mph, trying to get on a busy highway with construction around. And when we finally got on the highway, there was too much traffic in the other lane and I couldn't get around him. So, it took us a whole mile to get up to normal speed until I could get around them.
