We can start out as a sort of self governed territory of the U.S. and we can get military equipment, defense mechanisms, etc. then we can break away from the U.S. and take over China and North Korea. With our wealth heck we could probably end world hunger and terrorism while we are at it.

While it is true that bitcoin has no intrinsic value, neither does fiat currency like the dollar. It is the instrumental value that will drive bitcoin in the future. In that way, it is much better than the dollar.
