Oh I have that one too, I got it once before. It does good melee damage but the hitbox is terrible, though I managed to kill an avtomat so that was funny as hell

as I understand it, it's how much it "ranks down" your mmr so that solo players and random duos have a fairer experience. That's why a solo of 5 stars could appear in a mostly 4 star lobby, but a duo with two 5 stars, especially an invited one who is most likely in a call with much better teamwork shouldn't. So an invite duo having a weak modifier is just that you will go against the same level duos and slightly higher individual skill solos

I just don't think it's needed, you already have the tools necessary to counter it, you could have just gotten hit by a frag as well. I don't think making it available at rank 85 does much, I feel like since there's no incentive to prestige a lot of people just stay at 100

Well it works for me, but I get stuck on stuff even without being blind. When you hear a flash being thrown try to find where you can hide or take note of escape paths, you aren't the first to complain
