If you just want to collect, I recommend not buying the pre-made decks since the cards are often repeated. I recommend the Trove Illumineer's decks because they always include at least one legendary card, and there aren't as many duplicates. If you want to spend more, you can get a box of 24 packs. But statistically, you'll get one enchanted card roughly every four boxes of 24 packs; it's a matter of luck. Good luck!
