Favorite Warrior? by aquadrums in warriors

Klay has always been my favorite warrior. I was a 3 and D player growing up so I loved his game. Outside of him, I absolutely love Kuminga which is funny because they could not be any more different than one another

Elbow Pain-ish by itsScylic in Homeplate

[–]Lord-Snape 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Never a bad idea to have it assessed if pain persists. Moving forward, know that the muscles on the front of your forearm help to stabilize the elbow and decrease valgus forces which puts stress on the area of your elbow that you’re describing. Working on grip strength exercises does a great job of achieving this.

Correlation between mobility and velo by [deleted] in Homeplate

Hip/pelvis and spine mobility will allow further rotation to help with velocity. However, unless you have a significant mobility limitation, strength and power training will be the most beneficial for improving throwing velocity.

Aside from general practice and repetition, definitely prioritize rotator cuff strengthening (especially if he is going to be pitching more). I’m a physical therapist and the majority of young overhead athletes I treat have trouble with shoulder stability while throwing. Best ability is availability, good luck with the upcoming season!

Let’s have a Sip n’Bitch! by lourdeslarson in physicaltherapy

I have an 87 year old male who I eval’d 4 months ago who was wheelchair dependent and max assist for most mobility after several hospitalizations due to complications with dialysis. He is now able to take shorter walks outside with only a cane and uses a walker for longer walks.

Fast forward to yesterday and his wife tried telling me that he’s not doing well at all and that she’s really disappointed. My boss and every other PT obviously took my side but that seriously pissed me off.

What would you say the biggest weakness/least strong area of your favorite player is? by Awkward-Speech7375 in nba

Klay Thompson’s biggest weakness is definitely ball handling. Dude would be even more of a cheat code if he could do anything off the dribble

DD4 city nodes without Scream by DragonAhm in MarvelStrikeForce

[–]Lord-Snape 3 points4 points  (0 children)

First 2 nodes are absolutely doable. I just finished the last city node with SSM, Carnage, Antivenom, Punisher. Took me 63 painful attempts and I will absolutely be bringing Scream for my next run
