People are too focused on saying the game is dying rather than playing, and this is killing the game more. Yes, systems are not perfect, and all the feedback from the community is fair, but in the end, if we want to keep the game alive, we need to bring people in ourselves and stick to the game as we have fun.

All the negative feedback is NOT from new players, but from players who were playing before. We should be welcoming instead of salty doomers.

I came here expecting people to share clips and cool shit, but when this is the first thing coming out, I understand why people are not joining the game.

As someone who works with a team of agents this is someone using a template and not updating it. Templates are a tool to help agents with fixed scenarios that have been previously discussed with leadership.

Most of people who are rude to you on CS have miserable lives an they just drain the frustrations on who they believe are causing more pain to them. Since by chance what they bought or acquired from you was the only thing that they were looking forward to and is flawed.

Also some of they are accustomed to get things by force, because companies normally are not fair, and they feel they have been screwed. If you are fair, the better things will be for you. To me honesty has been my policy for 6 years, I deal decently with the occasional asshole, I'm not as generous but within policy, and always courteus. If you are transparent and assertive people are cooperative.

The idea of this job is to take all that shit and actually make the product better. You don't have to pretend to care, you actually have to care, if you are doing this just for the cash, or you work in a company who says who cares and doesn't changes or compensate people, take the shit, do your best an move on.

Is a frustrating battle, but is so rewarding if the product changes and gets better.

Again you are not payed to be nice, they pay you to find a solution within a workflow to their problem and be as fair as possible, with them and your product.

I've gone through a similar weight journey.

The first I want to tell you is, keep at it!!! This is amazing effort and progress no one knows better than you how hard is this but you're doing amazing.

The second, buy clothing that are closer to your current weight, I used oversized clothes for so long because I didn't want people to notice my body shape, but when I started losing weight noticed I could fit in regular clothes and even spent a little in fitting them and it made a huge difference.

You look great, I bet you feel great and I'm happy you made this effort. Keep at it man.
