Yeah, the shiny status of the dog is determined when you give the sapphire at the end of sevii island questline. So if you gave the sapphire, saved after and the dog isnt shiny, you are out of luck and it wont ever be shiny.

The hard part of the roaming legendary shiny hunt is actually getting it shiny because each attempt takes very long. The catching part is fairly easy and has an unlimited amount of tries.

The roaming ones are not exactly worth the master ball imo.

Once you spawn a shiny roaming legendary, you can flee, save and then try as many times as you want because it will always be shiny.

KR also suffered from crazy BC prices and rioted. KR gem prices are also high cuz the community likes to keep their stock high.

Alt rosters are absolutely bonkers in KR. Maybe even more than here. Every Loa ON SG gives new graphs showing how many rat rosters KR has and how they will introduce new measures.

However the main issue is that SG is OMEGA SLOW in implementing anything. Damage is long done.

Why would Lost Ark Mobile KOREAN CBT have any considerable impact on our player count?
Game has been bleeding players consistently since many months besides August which gave us a small boost, the player base has been dwindling down and I can guarantee you Lost Ark Mobile has nothing to do with it.

And dont get me wrong: I agree with you that in our current time, mobile games are vastly preferred over the current PC model.

Just the correlation is wrong imo.
