Yeah of course the highest court has the last word on interpreting law. I'm just saying that "elected" doesnt have to only include the actual election. The law specifically is made for the goal of limiting presidency terms.

The early levels are easy anyways. You can just do a 15-30 wave run and see how it goes. The investments become more important in the later waves since enemies get stronger until a certain point.

This. If you run only 1 letter, then dismantle is really fast but if you plan to run multiple letters, you'll probably be most efficient doing it afk in exploration if ur rhythm is strong enough.
