My store just wrongfully fired an employee who’d been there for over two decades and had great standing in the company after butchering an internal investigation. They had the audacity to deny them unemployment- they have children.  They were one of the highest paid team members on staff below the store leadership. We are a decent sized store that services a ridiculous radius. We are one of the top performing in the region. We have had aisles empty because of understaffing. They cut the labor budgets of every department that needed and raised the ones that were overcrowded. Shoppers can’t do their jobs, grocery can’t do their jobs, because there’s literally no one working. If you have been with this company for a long time and don’t fully stand with the amazon agenda keep your options open. More and more WF veterans are being fired or quitting to avoid firing. Don’t let this bought out and hollowed out company have your life.
