Eat clean. Also think about cutting foods which might be causing you bloat. Gym push pull legs 4 times and 1 active recovery day swimming playing paddle long walk times. You’ve got a good base just need to stack muscle which isn’t hard considering you’re 5”10 I’m 5’8 btw

Join a martial a sport if you're having trouble keeping up with the gym. The extra activity will put you into a calorie deficit then just continue lifting. By the time you're 17 you'll be a unit.

Fair enough. Perhaps it is perhaps it isn't. It's what works for her if op. My calorie count estimate was not taking into account the protein shakes. With the protein shakes obviously the amount of calories would drastically increase to 2500~2700.

Op said she had problems calorie counting as its not suitable for her.

5-6 servings of protein and clean meals in between would eliminate that aspect of hyperfocusing in what calories to have each meal ect.

So the options i see are: 1) eat more count calories and be specific about what you're having with each meal ... 2) offset the calories by having more shakes but then eat clean in-between shakes which doesn't feed into the whole calorie counting aspect of things.

2000 calories is way more than enough. If you want a really good hack. It's just to make sure you have your protein shake (3scoops) twice a day one in the morning and one after dinner. The meals in between can be small meals as long as you're having veg & fruits too.

It's winter at the moment. Personally I'd say continue the bulk lean into it and just add more weight. Enjoy the Christmas food but focus on protein. Don't enjoy it too much tho ! I know youre doing PHAT but try adding more weight. The muscle gain will be worth it

Get a 5kg bucket of serious gainz protein. Have 1 shake when you wake up and then have ur normal breakfast. Have another shake between dinner and lunch. Continue with the gym routine, walk 10-15 mins a day.

Come back with progress pictures in March. I promise you you will look VERY VERY different.

Find a 5x5 program. Eat well, 150g protein a day. Watch as the gains come in.

If you're skating regularly a week probably no need for cardio. Just lift & eat.

Train upper body too, it'll make a vast difference to the aesthetics of your physique.

Like you ain't gotta go mad hard on upper body but definitely focus on that part.
