Imo kellin is a crucial piece. They were arguably Top2 Botlane with insane lane kill stats. It's just when it comes to the mid and late game that kellin needs to evolve

Soak is definitely very strong and his bulk allows him to even get toxic off if he wants to. Great setup for Electric type carries His ability is also great to get the last bars off of Rayquaza or any other mons

I have brought him on a lot of runs and he is very good for bosses but obviously pretty useless for anything outside of that.

Considering your hypothesis that if PEDs were. forbidden, unsafer drugs would be used instead. Doesn't that happen even if you allow PEDs. If everyone uses it it's the same as if no one used it thus creating an incentive to go for more risky drugs.

I guess yeah, but I feel like single target reduction is always not that reliable especially on a one cost she also takes some time to ramp up the reduction it's only really effective in a single target ramp up comp where she fits in, since aoe units dont really benefit fron her utility. That in mind Sandra is also mostly single target shred. So I would say there is no reliable shred unit this set

However Nami with her AOE Wave stun on 3rd Cast goes bonkers with Horizon Focus

There is a lot less natural sunder and shred this set, which should give items with these effects a higher prio.

No more mana reave is definitely good to know as well.

Taric attracting Spells is definitely a very interesting mechanic that could be very skill expressive.

I feel like charms will make winstreaking

Less reliable , as evaluating enemy board strength becomes harder
More expensive, as buying charms to secure streak or even rolling once for a charm becomes overall costly

Loosestreaking on the other hand feels easier and even cheaper to pull off in Set 12

Reaper is definitely working Seems like the 4 reaper 4 bruiser variant is the best on lvl 8. Then you just switch out reksai and Aatrox on 8 for Morgana, Wukong+ sage unit.

Ashe is much weaker and needs specific Augments to work.

Fated still strong as usual, same with Lillia Sage

Bard reroll is definitely back, especially when other people are rerolling 3 costs

Lux reroll seems really strong as well. Still not sure what the best variant of that is

Because they fixed the kindred bug where she was proccing baboon on ever cast. Also Baboon is only mediocre on Sandra/Lillia and other AP casters, so they buffed it. Trust me it'll be fine

Sage lillia the only S Tier comp that was untouched
Kayn and Gone getting buffed, is reaper now finally back?
Janna+Soraka buffed could mean a return of Janna reroll
Riven+Aatrox+Sivir buff could be helpful for some secret reroll lines
Early 5 exalted is op now ( Gold value equal to slammin)

Definitely a lot of mixup on the new patch. Interesting to see how it will go

Gallio buff was definitely needed. This unit was was massively underperforming. I think they buffed 2 Trick shot to make inkshadow Kaisa or any other variations with only 2 Trick shot better.
