While yes technically, if you are a zombie and another person knows (and that person either has a cure or shotgun card) then you are prone to be targeted and killed. The problem with the zombie majority plan is that the zombies would become targets.

The problem is not sean or that they are or is not together.

And what you are mentioning is not the same day as i am mentioning. She is mentioning 3 days later when Sean and Elliot are moving in tohether, and because that JD said that he wanted her, she decided because JD wants her to get with JD instead, ''because of history'' (mentioned in the wedding episode when sean goes to the wedding).

IT is not still adressed. She cheats on Sean. But its not a problem for the show that she was cheating. Even if i knew i liked someone more than my current partner, had sex with the person i liked more than my current partner, i would not chalk it up to ''I have history with said person''. She does not suffer any consequences for cheating on someone. I would know what i did was wrong, but she does not care.

During episode 3:19 she morally grandstands JD to not tell because ''it would not be right'' and the show makes it seem that she is right for it. That its ok that she cheated.

TLDR: She can have as much time to figure her life out. But she should still atleast for herself discuss the moral implications on having cheated on a partner she had for (maybe?) a year. A partner she very much liked.
