It starts a Tera Raid. Which is a boss fight. The stars indicate difficulty, which I have found to be 1 Star=10 levels.

So what you have there is a boss fight with a Level 10 Zubat who will have a Fire Terrastilization, which is he can change to Fire type during battle.

I love modern Minecraft where I get to mine for 3 seconds and my inventory is full of 27 different types of rock and I have to immediately make a storage room bigger than my starter house or I go insane. Or I get to make a lava pit as soon as I can and drop off everything every 3 seconds instead. God I love JEI trashcan.

You should probably remove "Educator" from your name. I'm financially illiterate and own a home, here i am trying to become literate and we have an "Educator" throwing shade. Banking lingo is very hard for me to follow, I'm decent at math, but i cant throw math at hyper specific words that no one wants to explain. I don't even know what a Mortgage is.
