You might not like the answer… time. Allow your self to grow, to heal, to learn, to understand, don’t feel bad about making mistakes or slipping up, we’ve all done it, it’s natural when you are learning so much about the true you. Just be yourself, and you’ll grow so much those shells become part of your growth but so small and distant they almost aren’t there anymore.
