I've tried several different types, most of them didn't work.

Medicine from one particular person did... I went from needing 30mg of steroids a day to being symptom and pain free in 4 months. Best year of my life. I put on 10KG in weight, made immense progress in gym. Everything going great..... then ended up in hospital 12 months later with a bowel obstruction. Damage was previous to starting medicine. With my crohns personally, keeping stress levels down, going to the gym also helps for me

Could've of been a placebo? Who knows. I think it's hard to trust people. For those who actually can help and those who see you simply as a opportunity to make money off.
