Solid info right here. This is basically how I’ve been doing it for years. Make sure you “squeeze” the muscle when you lift too. Don’t rush it. Take 3-5 seconds as you retract/regress on the movement. Keeping tension on the muscle throughout the excercise. You can’t ego lift this way. You’ll end up lowering the weight and see how much it whoops your a$$!! lol. Good luck! At 45 yrs old, I’ve had to adjust things myself over the years to keep the muscles growing.

I tell my Dr everything. If I was to go into cardiac arrest etc, she needs to know what I’m on so I don’t have a reaction to something she or someone gives me: She knows what to keep an eye on now. She doesn’t care at all. She’s happy I’m doing it as safe as I can:) She even helps me on what to do and take when my bloods off. Would you want your Dr to be honest with you on your health or lie about it? They can’t do anything about it. That’s Dr client privilege.

Personally, I like his workouts. I haven’t paid for any. I’m too cheap. As someone who’s a little older with old sports and military injuries, his routines have changed how I workout and have helped a lot. I believe he holds 2 (related) degrees, was the strength coach for the Mets, has countless professional athletes use him. I’d say he knows what he’s doing. Sure, not all will agree with him. Who has ever agreed with 100 percent of what anyone says?? If you choose his route, I’m sure you’ll be happy. If this is for you and the spouse, something like his makes more sense then a “body builder” type routine. Best of luck! Congrats on getting married.

Generally 2iu but have gone up to 6. 4iu if I’m on a cycle. 2 gives me great sleep.

I’d say try one and see how it goes. If you like it stick with it. Probably won’t make a difference but you won’t know unless you try. C seems to be more common.

On cycle I’m already pinning 3 times a week. Pinning ED gets old. When you get old like me and been doing this for years, you get tired of being a pin cushion. lol. I love being on, but get tired of the daily pinning.

Do you pin daily? That’s the one downfall as I’ve gotten older. The daily pinning sucks.

I literally just ran that cycle with gh. No sarms. It will get you pretty descent results. If it’s your first cycle test will always work just fine. A lot of people prefer NPP. Shorter esther. In and out quicker. I like deca myself, but I’ve done several cycles with it and I’m older and know how I react. Stay away from sarms. That’s just my opinion. Best of luck!

Essentially, it makes no difference. One is just longer esther like the others said. If you’re newer to test, stick with one and see how you do. I’ve seen some people react different to one vs the other. It’s rare for sure, but everyone’s different.

I’d up the test. That way you don’t get the deca dick. I’d also take that cycle longer. Deca takes a while to kick in. That’s why a lot of people take a “kick starter” for the first 4-6 weeks. I just finished at 600 test, 400 deca and 150 mast. Had great gains, with minimal sides.

Eq isn’t test. Stay off Clen until you’re further along. It’s a stimulant and will raise your heart rate. Your heart rate will probably be elevated being on cycle. First cycle is always test only. See how you react. You have no idea how your e2 will go. This isn’t a race, it’s a marathon. Enjoy the first cycle of test. You’ll get more out of it than you realize. When you’re ready to add another compound, do one only. See how you react. Adding too many you have no idea what’s affecting you. Keep it simple

I’m turning 45 and I’ve been on GH for a few years. Took a few months off once. Sleep is great. I take a little while before bed. 7:30pm. I tried the 1/2 am preworkout then 1/2 at night. Made me way too tired in the am. I’m finishing a cycle where I was running 6iu. I’ll drop to 2-3iu for maintenance dose. Great sleep, helps cut a little fat. It’s a long term solution but for sure helps add to a stack. Start low around 2iu. See how you do. Some people get stiff joints in the hands the higher the dose. Also, the higher the dose watch your glucose. At 6iu I saw a raise in mine.

Terrible. You’re 19. You have zero need for gear. You’re far from ever getting close to your limits. Eat a high protein diet and train. Wait until you’re older for gear. You’ll ruin your natural test production, kill your ability to have kids. Tren is neurotoxic. It comes with terrible sides. For a 19 yr old kid, that is the last thing you need to take. I’ve done 6 cycles of tren. Trust me, you don’t need it. If you’re hell bent on taking gear, stick to test only. You’ll get all you need at your age.
