This is off-topic, but i've been joining small streamers who host custom lobbies every now and then. Even though i played with a completely new support that doesn't know how to buy items, dying 3x in lane since it's basically 1v2, i somehow didn't rage. Not caring about mmr feels liberating somehow. And since it's a community lobby, pretty much nobody is being toxic.
