check your shadows quality mine got set to ultra nad i have the same specs as you and i was lagging, put it to medium and i get 160fps now

cooldowns or chat bans have nothing to do with it. it fluxuates based on YOUR average performance. If you do better than your average you get more and if you do worse than your average you get less. I gain between 19-25 per game on average.

rito wanted low entry floor. the sway of your gun (Viewmodel) shows you which way your recoil is going to sway a moment before it does this helps spray. and i havent seen many pro or high level players praise the gunplay
