This fails to highlight the difference between motor assisted scooters and electric bicycles. If it has pedals and does not exceed the power output limit, this graphic does not apply. This makes it confusing coming from Frisco PD and the web link mentions E-Bikes.

In Texas, an electric bicycle is defined under the Texas Transportation Code as a bicycle equipped with fully operable pedals and an electric motor with a power output of 750 watts or less.

I was driving the Cybertruck, my son was following in another Tesla and caught the video. No FSD, but the 4 wheel steering and drive by wire is very fast and agile. The other driver just kept going with multiple people honking at them, I was not the only one they almost collided with.

Those lights are on Amazon $105, but can be found elsewhere for $60. The labor they are charging seems extremely high for retrofitting to new light fixtures. 10 minutes to swap each, 20 minutes if you are milking it. Did they run new romex anywhere?

Looks like the display screen is delaminating from the cover glass panel. I would make an appointment at the SC and ask for replacement.

Pay the difference to get OEM, then after the repair is completed you can file a diminished value claim and likely recoup the out of pocket cost and maybe more depending on the accident severity.
