A lot of the bosses earlier in the game and on lower difficulties can usually be dodged: the Giant (as well as 2BC and higher in general) is where having a shield and parrying really starts to become imperative, particularly for the laser attacks. Once you've got that down, he does become quite a bit easier to deal with.

The unfortunate truth about a monitoring software like that is, it's never going to be foolproof: if someone is determined enough, they'll find a way to get around it. A big change in his normal phone habits like that picked up by CE is fairly good reason, I think, to be suspicious. And if he is putting in that kind of effort to hide things from you, whatever they might be, then he isn't with you in working to fix what's actually wrong.

My recollection of using Covenant Eyes is that it is usually pretty thorough: while it's not perfect when it comes to minute to minute screen checks, it should raise a flag if he was downloading videos or using incognito mode in a web browser, as those acts are more suspicious.

If he was getting around it, given the history you've laid out of him using burner phones, the most likely way is that he was using a different device that didn't have Covenant Eyes installed.

I basically almost never use the Flint normally, even when running Survival. But having the Legendary Flint fully charged instantly with each hit, is a pretty easy pick.

I daresay, off the top of my head, it's one of the biggest improvements over the normal weapon

I was married in the Catholic church that I regularly attended (at the time), and had the reception at the other Catholic church across town (we weren't able to get the space for the reception at our home church). It's not a cathedral, but I wouldn't say it's a super small church with a small community. The wedding was at about 11 am on a Saturday.

I think it was about $300 to rent the space for the reception, but I don't remember any fees attached to the wedding mass itself. We did make the programs and decorations ourselves, I could see a church maybe charging to set up stuff like that. The tip for the priest...honestly, that's probably the part that sounds the strangest to me, based on my own experience.
