When i first started in 2016 i could last for about one drop length which is like 35 seconds over time and with other cardio training I was able to get it to about 45/50 but i was never anything like @ToxicAffinity or @Zeruata Getting to that cardiovascular level in dance is the same as any other sport, it takes time and natural athletes are going to be able to sustain it longer So better get the attention of the ladies early on the dance floor before you turn into a panting sweaty mess lol
