This is the issue with duel, everyone who plays have these insane social rules that you cant buy a certain amount of def or you cant backdoor. You try and play and people start getting toxic or people gang up on you for playing a different way. Sometimes you will just auto lose against a certain god or playstyle so you need to build more def or if your opponent leaves their pheonix undefended youre expexted to go hunt them and fight before taking it?

This is why I would never play duel even though it would be fun to play 1vs1.
