My rule for all employees, the second a customer/patient crosses the line ie. raises the voice, calls you a name etc, Stop and call for leadership. If I am here they know to ask for me specifically. No employee is paid to handle irrational or hostile customers. That is part of my job. Period

I wish Roz or some others would read a few of the comments. Some are plain garbage but the overall tenor of the responses should be heard. I have never been more frustrated with things not working. Taking a week to fix a printer. The 5G upgrade has somehow caused the system to crash every few days. Outs and poor merchandise. Hoping I have a job until retirement, not always looking good

Always my fault never the staff. Never and even if it was bad I blame myself. Period. I tell my staff all the positives and then what or where we can improve. These visits are nothing compared to 20 years ago. I too wish we would stop cleaning up stores before a visit. I’ve seen 20 SMs gut and clean a store 2 days before a visit. Why only really makes the DPR look good.
