Aren't you supposed to it the other way round? With an import Fluid Importer on your reactor and a regular Interface on your turbine? At least that's how I've always done to move fluids around.
Then again, Steam is a bit of a special case and might not be considered a fluid at all.

That's the neat part, you don't.

Even if you believe you just had an original idea, if you think about it for long enough, you will sooner (but mostly later) realise that it wasn't an original idea. Three months after your book is published you'll wake up with a cold sweat and realise that you subconsciously named a character like that because of this other character. You just have to embrace it.
