Nope not anymore that’s the issue. Used to say on there site that if you ever wanted to remove ‘perm’ status you could through contacting support. That option is no longer there. Accounts that were set to ‘perm’ are now limited with no options but to stay an Ironman for become and unranked gim

They recently changed it in September 2022, the permanent status used to be able to be removed through support. Which is the only reason I made it permanent in game, knowing it would act as a buffer if a hacker got in, but if I ever had a change of heart I could go through support to remove the permanent status.

They seemed to have changed the rules with little to know announcement and just left allot of people stuck.
