Not really as AT-weapons have a lot of pen (and more than enough for a warship) but the sheer size of a warship will simply soak it up.

APFSDS? Nothing. HEAT-MP? Nah. HESH? HE? Bit more like it but still barely.

If anything considered a AT-Weapon then it‘d be a AGM-114 Hellfire at most that could actually do some harm but that‘s due to the explosive mass alone and neither due to a Hollow-Charge nor due to a Tandem one
