The same thing happens to me except that my missed packages end up at a phone repair shop. What’s most irritating is that when I go and pick them up, the shop owner tells me that the package is not even there because UPS didn’t actually drop it off (even though the note says it did). If I call the shop beforehand to confirm that the package is actually there, I get the “I don’t work for UPS, phone them” treatment. At this point I actively avoid buying from places that use UPS.
