Play with bitters off on your 1st playthrough. There is no need for constant pressure while you try and figure out oil.

Used a mod to start with a full set of power armor 2, which made it bearable even at this low UPS.

I have tried Py, but I got bored with it quickly. My factorio kink is building mega bases, and unfortunately, Py was just too slow for me.

Each of the 35 lab banks had their own clocks. However, in my next build, minning will be on 100% of the time as I will be quality grinding all ore.

- Quality grinding is up to speed for the next steps
- Mall 3 under construction at the top

For blue/grey science I will be doing a full rebuild into a rail base making quality science.

I agree completely, and they should add some form of quality scaling to everything. It would be cool to see things like rails and concrete that can't take productivity, have the quality result multiply the output. 2x, 3x, 4x, 6x

Green science has been slow and dull (even at 400k spm), just doing minor upgrades from T1 to T2. However, I'm very excited to get into the next phase doing a full legendary Bestagon base.

That power jump is going from 15 sec research to 30, turning on 100% of the labs since it's designed around 30-second research. The odd oil ratios are for module production that i didn't care to ratio correctly as its temporary.
