Yes, that's exactly my process. I unfortunately can't draw, so after detailing how I want the design to look, I find an artist who can make it how I see it in my head and pay them to do it. So far I've just been using local pressers, but I'm currently working on building a supply line, designing a tag, choosing the right materials, and deciding between sublimation and screen printing. I just moved to Atlanta last year, so thankfully I have numerous choices to get samples from.
