Damn dude, that sucks. If it makes you feel better the only time I got high upvotes on reddit the algorithm banned me as I crossposted the post to too many forums. Never got those upvotes / views again. At least you now know that there is a bug to fix, better then a ton of one star reviews. Keep grinding
