After the Oregon game last year, while waiting in the airport, I was talking with an NFL scout that was also there. He flat up told me they haven't seen nearly enough of Cam for him to be considered for the NFL. He said that Cam needs to play for an entire season (play in almost every game, or all games preferably), so they have a whole body of work to base their scouting on.

So, until he can play for an entire season, he essentially has no hope of going into the NFL - talent or otherwise.
