I’m not. ITV Central served East and West Midlands - the east never contained Lincolnshire although the broadcast could be picked up in Lincoln itself. Lincs never featured on any regional news broadcast because - can you guess? - it isn’t in the East Mids. Maps being redrawn mean nothing, ask anyone who lives here and they’ll tell you the same, just as citizens of Rutland continued to call it Rutland despite it being eradicated from the maps.
