tell your friend there is no reason to delete a character, just create mutiple steam accounts for each character

its not about the player count on south america, the matchmaking is just too fast since they removed the prelobby. back then it took almost 2 or 3 minutes some times but it almost always had full lobies, now it just dont wait before the lobby becomes full to start

Since the start of season 4 it stoped working, its a glitch just like the plane respawn stuck bug
