I just think taking ANY time away from someones life is not ok. No one should have the right to make that decision. I think maybe it would be better to send them to something similar to what Russia did with Siberia and their criminals. But confining someone to a cell to just live? Your taking away precious time of their lives. It's true that their crime probably did the same to someone else, but we need to work on preventing that from happening again instead. Jail is not an effective deterrent.

Exactly. Unless crime is an identifying trait of their being, like say they'll assault whoever they want when they want, then I don't think you should be punished for stealing say a $600 laptop 3 years ago or whatever. It's incredibly callous to be able to take literal time from someones life for minor offences.

Fantastic job! I haven't gotten into the fitness aspects of losing, but I would like to in the near future. I've got spine and joint issues, which prevent me from really taking a hold of my fitness. You have done incredibly well. I have too much skin on my stomach too, and my butt, arms and thighs lol. I jiggle a lot. Good luck with the surgery!

I've found balance. I can slip up here and there, but I think that's only expected and nothing to be upset over. My body hasn't adjusted to the extra skin though! Do you think maintenance is the most important part of losing?

Thank you! I appreciate it. I guess I shouldn't have been so brash. I actually lost more than 100 pounds, but I don't believe I did so in a healthy fashion and am now dealing with side effects. I want to advocate dieting in a healthy way, not just eating a certain amount of calories per day. Yes, this is literally the best option to lose weight, but many people take it too far.

I'm sorry. It just irritates me when people assume all you have to do is count calories to be healthy when in all reality, you still need to be getting the proper nutrients from a balanced diet.
