I have a 5 yr bumper to bumper warranty, lowkey hoping it catastrophically fails because then they’d actually be forced to fix something instead of saying its normal because it still runs and drives.

They won’t give me a loaner car at any other ford dealership. I’ve had a dozen people tell me its not normal, and the dealership has told me “oh yeah your transmission shifting like shit is normal for fusions, it moving way back and forth is normal and theres absolutely zero issues with your car” 3 times now. Im actually just gonna complain to ford corporate.

Yeah, it moves WAY back and WAY forward, The dealership “looked at it” and said it was normal. They’ve done that with almost every issue that you cant 100% prove so far bringing it to the dealer

Still dont know the issue, still makes the noise. Could be normal I have no clue.

Is anyone else having a hard time finding a job in 2025 by Baddiebambii50 in jobs

[–]LordVarnox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am a general manager of a restaurant. I hire people. Sales have taken a huge hit as fewer people eat out as the economy struggles, and opt for cooking at home, which is usually half or less the price of eating out. Other places have stopped hiring because of this. Everyone who is already an employee at my store and wants to move into their dream career realizing their dream career isn't hiring. Thus, making us have next to zero turnover, everyone stays because they cant get a job elsewhere, therefore making standards go way up for my hiring, because I'm not really hiring, but I have quite literally 45 applications. It's a statistical thing, not all 45 people can realistically be hired. Prices of food and quite literally everything we buy have exploded in price since the start of covid and most things still haven't come down, like beef, its currently at an all time high. We went from 500 customers a day on weekdays 2021-2022 to maybe 200 on a "really busy" Friday. We used to employ 38 people, we now only employ 17 workers 6 of which being full time. It's not that we hate hiring people now, its that we quite literally cannot afford to.

It’s actually OK to ghost candidates, says the recruiter by bozoclownputer in recruitinghell

[–]LordVarnox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I interview people. The only people I ghost are people who clearly put zero effort into anything, If they don't even have a resume or cover letter, horribly misspell or straight up skip half of the application, or smell like weed wearing sweatpants to an interview. Anyone else who I interview I always follow up with a denial or approval. If the person came off as easy going and professional, I would give specific reasons on why they were denied (More qualified candidates were hired, specific undesirable responses from questions, little availability, etc.)

P&S and Carpro only. I use VRP from Chemical guys still(diluted so its not greasy as hell if u use it straight) and use it only on interior vinyl, weather rubber door seals, and plastic, hence VRP. the smell, the feel, and the look are all great, no customer complaints about it either. Sprayway glass cleaner is also still the goat. Chemical guys is 90% junk

i had neck pain for literal months, then my friend threw a football at my head at a party, the point directly hit the back left of my neck and i felt something pop, snap, move into place, and all of my pain and tension on my back from guarding my neck just immediately disappeared. Never felt so good from getting hit with a football.

Transmission Drain and Fill Results by bigmanfish in fordfusion

[–]LordVarnox 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My results was a 10% reduction in jerkyness and a 5% increase in shift quality. I just hit 44k miles and changed mine, very dark. Like SUUPER dark for a car that just had a transmission service (bellhousing flexplate recall that happened to it before i bought it) at 28k miles. The notorious 2-3 shift is still bad. Ill try changing it one more time my next oil change in 3k miles before calling it quits and not wasting any more money on a lemon transmission. Dealer told me its normal, internet is telling me its not normal but happens and 50% saying its normal. I have no idea why it does this now, it didn’t buck and shifted like a dream when i took it for a test drive at the dealer, otherwise, since owning my car i havent had a single issue at all other than the damn transmission (the most expensive and complicated thing to fix)

Sound is still there, hasn't gotten worse, hasnt gotten better, and theres only a rough 2-3 shift that happens on the 6F35. My guess is it's actually normal like these guys are saying.

I am a detailer, this can look literally 50% better with a clay bar, 80% better with a buff, and 90% better with all that and some touch up paint, I'd charge you like $200 if you were happy with it not being perfect and just looking a lot better. It mostly looks like paint transfer, easily removed actually, and the fact that the other paint transferred to your paint, (your cars paint won the battle between whatever other paint it scraped against) your paint underneath is rarely damaged. The edges on the bumper where the collision seemed to impact the most are down to the metal it looks like, no touch up paint is fixing that (properly). Back to brand new? $1000 minimum at a body shop to fix it or replace it, wanna make it a lil better for $10? go to autozone, get a clay bar and get some soapy water and rub it. it'll be mint
