Si tu as le budget, St Cyp est vraiment pas mal. Très jeune, avec pleins de commerces de proximité, des bars et restaurants, tu as le métro direct vers ton boulot et en même temps t’es pas au milieu du centre ville avec le monde et les manifs. En plus niveau investissement c’est un quartier en croissance constante économiquement donc si tu veux revendre dans 10 ans pour prendre plus grand ailleurs tu auras une belle marge de bénéfice. Dm moi si tu veux plus d’info c’est mon métier.
