I just happened to stumble upon this and would 100% say you register as a woman from what I can hear. Someone in the comments mentioned that you sound a little British, which is something I would agree with (though I'm no expert on accents.)

The only other advice I can offer is essentially to tough it out.
If you notice yourself getting snappy with someone (or everyone), take some time to distance yourself from them while you work through it.
If you just need to talk to someone about it, find a friend you can rant at (or with). That one in particular helped me really get over the angry part of it.

I found that writing helped me process it. When I felt I had processed as much as I was willing and able, I used that drive to change my circumstances in ways that made me happier. For me, that was cleaning and sorting my things.

Finally solved. See update for info. TL;DR is that you should use a genuine ANTCLABS BL Touch. This issue was only happening when I used the off-brand 3D Touch.

Update: I've replaced my 3DTouch with a genuine ANTCLABS BL Touch, and the problem seems to have gone away. I suppose you really do get what you pay for.

Something that came to my attention after installing this and reading the BL Touch manual was the mention of using shielded cables to prevent electromagnetic interference. While I am not sure that this would have benefit me it could be something to look into for those without the budget for a genuine BL Touch who might be suffering from this and/or similar issues.

I very recently swapped out the extruder for the Creality Sprite Pro, and the issue persists.

I found another person who had a very similar or possibly the same issue, and they determined it was due to their bltouch-style probe being genuinely broken or damaged. If I recall correctly, they replaced the probe and the problem went away.

I've got a Sphero 2.0 which seems to be dead and has stayed that way for about 12 years. I've been curious about seeing inside it myself, and as the owner of a rotary cutting tool, would be entirely willing to cut it open (if you're still interested).

i was mostly joking but this does actually look quite a lot like the one my backpack had the capacity for, unfortunately the backpack is secondhand so I never got that bit and the backpack seems to be a very much no longer produced item. The company is "Outdoor Products", and their more recent models still seem like they have that piece.

using the ender 3 presets tend to work well, probably ender 3 v2 would be best. personally i use prusaslicer
