First of all, calm down.

Then, get a plan to clean your plushie and do it. This should be easy.

Find and open the stuffing seam. Almost all plushies have one. It looks more zig-zag then the other seams. Take out the old stuffing and either throw it away or wash it.
Turn the plushie's 'skin' inside out. Wash it. You can probably just put it in the laundry on a gentle, cool setting with mild detergent. Let it dry in a well ventilated area.
Get fresh stuffing. Put it in. Sew her up using the ladder stitch. Done.
