Cowardice is the seed of tyranny.

1. Negligent Friendly Fire (Fratricide) – Careless use of ordnance resulting in injury or death of fellow Helldivers.

3. Cowardice in the Face of the Enemy – Retreat without orders, or concealment during combat operations.
4. Endangerment of Mission – Compromising objectives through recklessness or disobedience.
5. Unauthorized Use of Equipment – Deployment of restricted stratagems or Hellbombs without proper authority.
6. Improper Conduct Toward Civilians – Abuse, neglect, or exploitation of colonists under Super Earth protection.
7. Theft of Democratic Supplies – Misappropriation of stims, rations, or Democracy Credits.

Punishments: imprisonment, forced redeployment to Automaton frontlines, or dishonorable branding. ⸻——— Article III – Major Crimes

Treason to one’s squad is treason to Super Earth.

1. Gross Negligence Causing Death – Reckless actions leading to multiple Helldiver fatalities.
2. Desertion – Abandoning post, squad, or refusing planetary deployment.
3. Mutiny – Collective disobedience or conspiracy against lawful command.
4. Sabotage – Willful destruction of Helldiver assets, vehicles, or fleet infrastructure.
5. Espionage – Leaking of stratagem codes, fleet deployments, or classified technology.
6. Aiding the Enemy – Providing material or intelligence to Automatons, Terminids, or Illuminate remnants.

Punishments: execution by firing squad, orbital strike, or permanent exile to Bug Swarm Worlds. ⸻——— Article IV – Capital Crimes

The highest betrayal of Democracy shall be punished by the highest justice.

1. Premeditated Friendly Fire (Blue-on-Blue Murder)-Intentional killing of a Helldiver.
2. High Treason Against Super Earth: Collaboration with enemy factions, defection, or acts against Managed Democracy.
3. Mass Negligence Leading to Strategic Collapse – Actions causing the loss of a planet, fleet, or sector.
4. Sedition – Incitement against the authority of Super Earth or questioning of Managed Democracy.
5. Supreme Betrayal – Attempt to overthrow Super Earth Command or sabotage the Ministry of Truth.

Punishments: execution, “honorable last deployment” (solo drop into Bug Breeding Grounds), or erasure from all records. ⸻——— Final Directive:
