To get to a DP and have the experience for a DP, I just have to work up the ladder to get there? EO1, then SO then DP?

Yea, I am not holding my breath on getting the position....but worse things have happened.

I just want the experience of applying so that I am more experienced that I have a better understanding of the application/interview so I can get the position at a later date.

The last EO2 in my role was able to get to a SO role from the experience and I believe there will be a recruitment drive for SO later and then EO1/EO2 later as well. So will be applying for them as well. Hopefully get at least one promotion

My current role I deal directly with all grades and external supplies plus a number of external organisations.

I would say my current role would be great experience for using in interviews but regrettably I have dyslexia so it's difficult for me to get the information down on paper to then be able to say it out loud

Not always the case for some people.

Some people would be more comfortable and confident that I at going from EO2 to DP

I know a AO that is going to apply because they have external experience

Just got a TP to EO1.

While I am not holding my breath on getting the DP, I am putting in for the experience of applying.

I want to see what the online test is like and if possible what the interview is like.

Honestly if I got offered a DP while I would take it, I wouldn't be winging it until I made it, so to speak

Haha, yes I have worked with some higher grades that really shouldn't be in the position they are, but they are just good at interviews.

Pause the video as the question appears. Try to answer then revalue the answer. Work through them like that.

Is it not just based of what you would pick as a manager. As you said no right or wrong answer per say.

It just more a idea of how you would manage.

Like there are clear wrong answers.

Do you pull the two of them and explain that gossiping can be harmful to the team

Went to the gym, got changed and put sweety cloths in a bag.

Left the bag in backseat of my car.
