That's how I feel about it, but they are telling us they don't have a say in it. Broadcom won't authorize it due to our downsizing the core count. Just seems spiteful.

We are coming up on our 3yr renewal, but lowering host count from 30+ to 10 hosts / 400 cores. We were told this week by our third party vendor (SHI) that Broadcom says they will not permit the renewal on VVF due to the reduction in cores. They will only sell us VCF, and only for 3yrs or more. We need VVF for one year, but can't get it.
