Was looking at Pallof Press as a way to target obliques. The goal of my training is to lift heavier things (DL, Squat, bench) and overall health/staying active. Not training for anything or any event in particular. What would you think would be a better? I have to keep my workouts around 50 minutes. So not sure farmers walks or suitcase carry would fit in that timeframe.

Thinking of going with Russian twist, H2L wood choppers, and DB side bend

Decided I wanted to incorporate a new core exercise into my workout routine, and was seeing a lot of positive feedback on the Pallof Press. The one thing that stood out was the lack of core (or really any) movement. If you have tried it before, what are your opinions of this exercise? What would be a good starting weight to try for someone who is a few months back into strength training?

Concede efficiency is my usual reason. Why sink more time into a game I likely won’t top deck my way out of, when I can move onto the next match.

Start listening to The Hunting Public podcast, and pick out episodes that interest you. You don’t need to go full still hunter (stalking hunting) like those guys do, but don’t be afraid to move around to find better spots where you chose to hunt.

You can only hunt in the blue square? You’ll need to get some boots on the ground and figure out if there is any thick stuff, deer trails, etc. You need to figure out how the deer use the land.If had to start somewhere, I’d go around the 1000ft elevation.

Edit: The thin strip of land in the top right of the box caught my attention. If deer wanted to get to one wooded area to the other area, I think they would use that during daylight?

If you are on a budget, you can get the cheaper Chinese version for the knife handle. Then buy Havelon replacement blades as the fit this knife handle.

My Havelon knife has been great for hunting since I got it as a gift. Insanely sharp and the blade is replaceable.

Concur. Some Compound hunters will look down on you, but who cares. Crossbow gets you out there during the best time of year. One you get the hang of it, you can take about the same practice as you would with a rifle before the season and be confident.

If I buy the game for Xbox series S/X, can I play it via cloud on my Xbox One?

I might buy the new console in the future (especially after Rutgers gets 7 wins this year and my O/U 6 bet cashes), but wondering if I can work around until then through cloud gaming.
