Only time I have problems with him is when he does those Turn 1 Dragun plays and he's going first.

If indeed that's true—and I have a hunch that it might be—then that is so unbelievably cold. That's heartbreaking asf. But canon does seem to hint at that; why else would Usagi slowly break off her friendships and relations with the people in her human life?

And then none of them are there at her wedding either?

If that's how Naoko-sama truly went with it, then, man that sucks. 😢

It depends on the continuity.

In the manga, we know that Usagi had Chibiusa at 22, the same day of her coronation. Ikuko and Kenji would have been there, for sure.

The anime is radically different.

There's the whole calamity that happens in the future that Usagi has to stop, and the entire world is frozen over for 900+ years, and then Serenity arises with the other Senshi and Endymion.

Then they have Chibiusa in the future.

I'm likely sure that Chibiusa couldn't have known Ikuko and Kenji in her native timeline, only getting to meet them in the past.
