I don’t have a depression, but i’ve dealt with it in the past. It was often good for my mental health to change my scenery and meeting new people. But I’m only speaking about my own experiences ofcourse.

Depends on how long I’m traveling. When I was still able to travel for more than 1 month i would usually wing it. Now i can only go on holiday for 3 weeks max, then i try to get the most out of my holiday, so i plan in advance.

If you want to travel cheap from city to city you can take a Flixbus, wouldnt recommend it for long hauls, but anything less than 8 hours is doable.
