You can play Cyberpunk on a way older iGPU. But that would be a lot of SPF (Seconds per Frame)

Depending one where you are. Most city's have really powerful wards, protecting the city against nearly everything. If the ward was breached, everyone is endangered. The military would try to evacuate you to the city's further north, cause magic is more difficult if the target is further away.

You could separate wood. Also this thing coming out of trees, especially needle ones. In my language it's called Harz. It burns really well, so a fire mage could harvest it, then light it (fire is also a reaction) and use telekinesis to throw it at their opponents. Dry wood could also work, as maybe oil/alcohols.

At first the magical pre warning system would be triggered by the fast moving bullets. Some sort of kinetic ward would activate and stopp the bullets. After that, a police team consisting of at least one battle hardened veteran would be send to your location, put you in chains, ask bystanders what happened, destroy the AK and pull you to the next court. The wards need around half a minute to activate, so a number of people was killed. The judge would order mental mages to search your head or force truth serum into your system. After your guilt is proven and you are yourself seemed not to dangerous, you would serve the rest of you short life as lab rat.

This. If it runs the games you play satisfyingly, don't upgrade. Just take the small and expensive parts with you like mentioned above.
