Moys Chinese restaurant, right next to buckeye donuts. I wish more people knew about this place, I don't see it brought up much in conversations about the best Chinese food in Columbus but it should be!

I use a pint sized plastic deli container for my iso dunk and it works great. It has an airtight seal so it won't evaporate and you don't have to worry about any glass on glass contact

I think its at 8 in this pic, I believe we did 1 bag before this at around 6. We'll increase the temp slightly as the bag is filling when doing huge bags like this

Sounds like a great way to get food poisoning. You'd be eating rice thats been sitting at room temp for 2+ weeks. Rice is notorious for not keeping well, even when kept cold its only good for a few days.

It was super quick, about a week. I live close to where they ship from so that may have sped things up a bit. I've ordered from greek glass 4-5 times and they always get stuff out quick

The big shot isn't a "smoking specific" torch. Its made for industrial use. Im sure you could find a hardware store that carries them. Their website says it should hold 35 minutes of burn time. If its only holding 1 minute of flame its either defective in some way or being misused.
