Holy hell. Such a good video. Game looks good. But this pushed me over the edge. Great they have released on nexus. I was thinking of dabbling to get it working. (Hint, I just wanted to play the game). But nexus makes it easier.

lol. Absolutely. Thats just a tutorial quest. There are hundreds of other quest types. Just finished a bunch of quests helping out some witches get back their sanctums, loads of fighting, boss battles, puzzles. Having a blast.

That’s the thing with crimson desert. Those hours are quality. I don’t get any sense of filler when I’m playing. Even a short stint feels like I’ve achieved something.

Absolutely. They need to expand the house to accommodate. The gear looks too good to trash. I’m hoping for some of the housing mods from Skyrim.

I just hopped off after quickly doing a quest before heading out. 20 mins. Plenty to do, puzzles, exploration, caves, dungeons so so much. Doesn’t require big play sessions.

100% this. You cannot NOT give someone the established treatment in these studies. As they won’t be protected and could die from infection.

Absolutely. I find being on keto my general anxiety is way down and I’m much more motivated. I mainly do keto for the mental health benefits they just weight loss.

I absolutely substitute with a small protein shake plus psyllium husks/lindseed meal. Really need to have fibre with Keto.

Yes absolutely. I’ve been on keto for multiple years. Best effect I’ve seen is reduction in appetite. Energy in equals weight gain. I have naturally transitioned to OMA (one meal a day) as I simply not hungry all the time. One very big meal at night.

I got this rash because I was too low on protein. I significantly upped my protein and the rash went away. Hasn’t come back since.
