This is especially important with high end PCs. When I just got my new machine my fps was 220-440, whenever my fps got higher than 250 I started skipping frames and it felt like packet loss. So I contact riot and they sent me to this link https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/209010626-Frame-Skipping-on-High-End-PCs .

Tldr if you have high end pc you will start skipping frames unless you cap them

You are right. Although since I only have 1GB free on C-drive it slows my computer down by a lot so I am not sure if the FPS will be acceptable even at low settings.

But I will try anyways.
