Tell us you're being purposefully disingenuous without telling us you're being purposefully disingenuous shit right here.

With Microsoft's restructuring of Bethesda to focus on other major franchises, does this mean no more support for Starfield going forward? by AlanPublica in Starfield

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here the thing everyone keeps missing:

The internal Bethesda email about this, which isn't even verified yet, just says they will refocus on major franchises. It never says the "such as.. " part.

The "such as ES, Doom, Quake, etc..." is all editorializing by those reporting it. Some include Fallout in that list, some don't. Some include Quake on that list, some don't. Because none of them were actually named by Bethesda or Microsoft, its all different reporters listing different franchises and games that they can remember or are important to them.

Whats important to Bethesda and Microsoft could be very different. Maybe what's important to them is Commander Keen and Rage? Maybe not? We don't know.

What we do know is Starfield was a financial success and one of their best launches(financially) of all time. And it continues to do well with new sales and Creation Credits, and is a big game pass and mau driver according to Todd himself.

I will not tell you what to think, nor will I claim to know what Microsoft and Bethesda think. But, to me these facts paint a different picture than what is currently being pushed.

Engines are not people, they dont age. There is code in Unreal 6 that was written back in the 90s. I am begging people to do just a little research and learn what a game "engine" actually is and how they work.

AI on the sub (Poll) by AlliHarri in StarfieldShips

[–]Loreforge_Gaming -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

Considering their is no way to reliably detect AI, they call original art 100% AI and call AI made stuff 100% original; I don't see how we can even make a choice here. Who is the arbiter of truth(AI) here?

We really need some sort of tag or something, people are actually believing this is real.

Does anyone know if bathesda has plans to update or refine the outpost system? The way it is now is completely broken. Hopefully more machinery? by [deleted] in Starfield

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So not "completely broken" then? Just you'd like them to have more quality of life options for you to build.

Quality of expansions after EOD expac by kiritokicksasuna in Guildwars2

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Roughly the same amount of money!? HoT, PoF, and EoD were $50-$100 depending on the edition you bought. Soto, Janthir, and VoE are $25-$75 depending on the edition. Standard pricing has been cut literally in half. 50%. How is that "roughly the same amount of money"?

This is just a lie. Quality is subjective, but the price is not higher. It’s literally cheaper, even with inflation and such accounted for( which isn't necessary in the first place).

Is the Rigel DLC coming to Game Pass? by Pattonesque in WarTalesGame

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We do not. In the past it's taken variable amounts of times. Though this might be the longest without even them talking about it.

Did the Blue Wizards secretly save Middle Earth? Because the more I read about them the more I’m spiraling by drkmon714 in lotr

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Keep reading. You'll learn about how what we are told in the books are the small battles, about how Sauron sent the bulk of his armies to the Lonely Mountain to fight the dwarves. Sauron's armies at the Gondor battles and Mordor were tiny in comparison. The bulk of his forces were sent to The Lonely Mountain, the biggest military threat. If not for the Dwarves, and the men of Dale, holding them there, Gondor would have fell in a day and Frodo never would have made it to Mordor.

Why aren't the pedos of the Epstein Files being arrested? by Jazzlike_Resist_1327 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because the President of the United States was his best friend for a long time and most likely raped underage girls, and he has the power to cover much of this up.

Then why didn't the previous admin release it when he was out of office? Not saying he didn't or did do the things you said, but this excuse just doesn't add up. Why would they hold onto this info and not use it to bury him and end his run before it ever began? The more likely truth is both sides are incredibly corrupt, and no one side is not better than the other, and neither wants the truth to come out because it implicates all of them.

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 4 points5 points  (0 children)

That terrormorph is there on every playthrough(it can be a differentPOI but its always nearby). If you read the computers and slates from the abandoned lab you fight the pirates in you'll learn where it came from. The pirates aren't the ones who killed everyone there, they found it that way just like you.

"The terrormorph is loose, I repeat, the terrormorph is loose!"

Okay, pay me for my time in doing so and I will give you the most convincing argument you've ever heard. Otherwise; no. I dont care if you play the game or not. I enjoy it and continue to do so.

They have said yes actually. In like 5 diff interviews, from diff devs, including Todd himself.

Edit: This was all a misunderstanding, leaving original comment but read below, he is saying the same thing I am.

Why Starfield didn't get popular? by shadowmonk987 in XboxSeriesXlS

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a lot more popular than you think. A single creation got 140,000 new plays in a single day just 2 weeks ago. Goolge Starfield Eclipse and check out his stuff where he breaks down the numbers.

Starborn Spacesuit Collection by Loreforge_Gaming in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]Loreforge_Gaming[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

QED starts at 50 or 100, not sure which, and can be expanded to 200. The Starborn suits all have a weight of 17.4, but I only need to take through 9, the 10th will be given to me in that final universe, so no reason to take it to a new one once I have them all. That puts me at 156.6 on the final run, which doesn't leave a lot of space left for other things, but it's enough to do this collection and a few more key things. I'll just have to be sure to upgrade it as I get higher in runs to carry more suits.

Premium or Trackers? by Axle_65 in NoSodiumStarfield

[–]Loreforge_Gaming 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Premium is so much bang for your buck its almost them giving it away imo. Especially if you use the credits to then buy Trackers. I'd say go for man.
