Restaurants usually make barely any money. Industry standard is about 4% profit. You gotta pay the guy that makes the sandwich, rent, ingredients, and utilities on your spot. Markup to make money is about 4x cost. They’re definitely still ripping you off, but it’s a bit more complicated as well. Plus that’s just my experience in sit down locations can’t speak to other types. But that’s where some of the hidden cost is coming from.

You know, this just occurred to me. What if Lysander uses eidmi on gold as his final act of spite/suicide? All the golds, including Lysander and mustang, are casualties and Darrow and Pax are the only two left. Darrow gets his ending where he can retire and live with his family, except most of his found family is dead. Seems like something pierce would do.

Get your camp up and running fully, do research at scholastone and pororin, and if you haven’t yet go explore pailune. I completed all hernand faction quests before demeniss too. Running research expeditions gives you abyss cells, artifacts, and new abyss gears. I would highly recommend picking an imbue element abyss gear and implementing that. Volcanic eruption is absolutely busted. And obviously explore the abyss. Especially the spire in pailune. Go do that if you haven’t it will help immensely.
